Mozilla 1.7.10 (Official) for OS/2 & eCS has been re-released.  This
version corrects the problem with Personal Security Manager in the
original version 1.7.10.

NOTE:  This release requires C runtime DLLs  from Innotek.  The latest
version is 0.5.1, which includes an installer.  Available here:
