As an experimental feature I also release an update package that contains all files that changed since 1.7.8. You should be able to just unpack it over an existing 1.7.8 installation, it worked here but it might not work in all cases on other machines. (As I didn't see much of a point in releasing a 1.7.10 myself I couldn't create an update from that version which would have been a much smaller download.) -- Cheers, Peter.
