Patron.  VOICE (Virtual OS/2 International Consumer Education) is a user
organization for OS/2 users. 

VOICE is the publisher of the VOICE News List, one of the most popular
lists in the OS/2  Community and has been publishing the VOICE Newsletter
since 1998. VOICE's June News  Letter is available at
