See http://ffmpeg.sourceforge.net for other details. ffserver & ffplay have not been ported at this stage. Included in this latest release is support for mp3, xvid, dts, ac3 & also pthreads. With pthreads support, you can tell ffmpeg to use multiple threads using the -threads x option - where x = the number of threads to use. I'd appreciate feedback on this release - particularly from users with SMP systems that may benefit from the threads support.
