I've just built ncftp v3.1.9 using Innotek GCC 3.3.5r1 - requires the
runtime dll available from http://smedley.info/libc06r1.zip

NcFTP Client (also known as just NcFTP) is a set of FREE application
programs implementing the File Transfer Protocol (FTP).

The current version is: 3.1.9 (April 6, 2005). A minor security change was
posted for the 3.1.5 release.

The program has been in service on UNIX systems since 1991 and is a 
popular alternative to the standard FTP program, /usr/bin/ftp. NcFTP 
offers many ease-of-use and performance enhancements over the stock ftp 
client, and runs on a wide variety of UNIX platforms as well as  operating
systems such Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X.

Built directly from source with no modifications to the source necessary.
