Date: Thu, 29 Sep 2005 08:24:42 -0300 From: madodel at ptdprolog.net Subject: [VOICENWS] SW: gocr compiled for OS/2 & eComStation ++ From the VOICE OS/2-eComStation News Service http://www.os2voice.org ++ From: Paul Smedley After someone on IRC inquired about ocr applications for OS/2, I pointed out Franz Bakan's port of gocr, however then noticed that it's a little out of date. Therefore, I grabbed the source for 0.40 and built it with Innotek GCC v3.3.5r1 As per my other ports, this requires libc06r1.dll - available from http://smedley.info/libc06r1.zip gocr itself is available from http://smedley.info/os2ports.html This built from source with no changes required for OS/2. gocr homepage is http://jocr.sourceforge.net/index.html Any comments/feedback - please send email to paul at smedley.info Cheers, Paul Smedley. Adelaide, Australia 29th September, 2005. PS - if anyone has requests for text-only ports from linux - send me a note and I'll see what I can do when I get spare time. -- Warpstock 2005 - Hershey, Pennsylvania, Oct. 6-9 http://www.warpstock.org Warpstock Europe 2005 - Dresden, Germany, Nov. 18-20 http://www.warpstock.net [Moderator's note: All posts are sent without guarantee to the accuracy of the content.
