7-zip i some new file compression program, that uses LZMA-compression. It
is free software under GNU LPGL. There is no OS/2 version but I downloaded
the Windows version and successfully installed [moderator's note: Using
Odin] and unpacked a 7z-file. I even got an icon on the desktop
automaticly. Not bad! This software supports 7z, ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2 and TAR
for packing/unpacking and CAB, ARJ, LZH, CHM, Z, CPIO, RPM and DEB for
unpacking only.  It should give a 2-10% better compression than ordinary
zip or gzip.
