Welcome to Norman Support News Note! This information is only important for users running Norman Virus Control for OS/2 and eComStation. As of 2005-11-07, NVC v5.80 for OS/2 and eComStation will be available through Norman Internet Update. It will be necessary to restart your computer to complete the upgrade. Do not restart until the program instructs you to. In the new NVC v5.80, important features and functionality have been added to protect against the increasing threats posed by new and unknown viruses as well as more and more methods being used by threats to spread more rapidly and effectively.
