This is a replacement of IBM's TCPCFG2.CMD (JAVA) TCP/IP Configuration Program 
(which needs Java 1.1x as default).   The program is released as freeware.

Currently it has support for only English and German, though the author is 
asking for help with translation into other languages.  if you are able to help 
see the readme file.
