Responding to my inquiry about a Papyrus version for OS/2 in English,
Ulli Ramps wrote:

"There will be a version, for 90% - but first, we will finish version
12, so that the new version for os/2 will be based on the version 12 code."

The reference to "90%" is confusing, but the message is clear:  Papyrus
is coming.  [version 11 is offered now].
