Syslogd/2 v2.0 a BSDish syslogd clone for OS/2. Receive both IPC and 
UDP messages, logging to a file(s) or forward to a central syslogd 
server. Has additional option to log priority, parse popuplog.os2. 
Added truncate and rotate options.
