"The best native OS/2 personal financial program to date. If you are using 
DB2, run the included MakeDB.cmd file. For the PostGRE version, you will 
need to type at the command line <createdb -Upostgres FINANCE>. Don't 
included the brackets on the command line. If you don't have either 
Database's, QnEDemo.exe will demo the graphics of this program. I tried to 
make the background look like my wood desk top. Instead it ended up looking 
like a wooden floor. I left it like that for all you wood lovers out there."
