ajaxWrite is a free word-processor that works with OS/2, can support Word 
documents.
The only "catch" is that, as the name suggests, "ajax", i.e. web-browser 
based and requires Javascript. It actually works okay if you have a 
broadband connection, but of course it depends on how many people are 
trying to connect at the same time.

Supposed to be designed for Firefox, but will work fine with 
Mozilla/Seamonkey. Can find it at:
