Blueprint Software Works (netdriveDESPAM at DESPAMblueprintsoftwareworks.com) 
has updated NetDrive for OS/2, a virtual file system, that allows seamless 
access to FTP, NFS, VFAT and other resources.

The new version 3.0.4 includes updated FTP plugin, which has a fix for 
incomplete uploads to some FTP servers.
