In all 3 programs;

VACPP filedialog replaced with standard OS/2 file dialog, so now the enter 
key works as we are used to.


DosBoxFrontend;

Important bug fix in DBFconverter, last line was removed.
DBFconverter is now included.
Included is an experimental simple list.exe to call from the CMD script to 
list manuals or walkthrough
Use as;
'start list <manual.txt/walkthrough.txt>'
before the dbldr.
