Version V3.07 is now available:- * Adds automatic codepage translation for a variety of situations:- - From text object codepage to OS/2 native when copying. - From OS/2 native to text object codepage when pasting. - To unicode where it is required for the import preview window. (requires the "Times New Roman MT 30" font to display kanji characters.) * Adds automatic codepage switching when painting embedded frame clipart. (This enables a dbcs text object to be embedded into a unicode table object, for example.) * Fixes a memory overrun bug caused by the MBCS codepage 1208. (There can be up to 6 bytes per char.) * Fixes a memory leak in the codepage dialog. * Minor change to menu layout for tables. * Contains all the V3.06 fixpacks:- - Adds full unicode diagnostic error logging. - reduces codepage cyling by loading codepages only when they have changed. - Fixes codepage conversion bugs in spell word cleaning routines. - Fixes small error in german language files. To install or upgrade Maul:- ======================= Download maulebin307.zip, and either maulelen307.zip or maulelde307.zip or both, depending on the language(s) you want. Try http://www.manglais.com/download.php or later http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/cgi-bin/h-search?key=maule Unzip all the files in the .\maul\install directory where maul was installed and run the installer. You need to install the binary executive and library files, as well as the appropriate language packs. It is safe to install later versions of Maul V3.xx over earlier ones.
