ALVM is a replacement of IBM Logical Volume Manager.

This is an experimental build, use it at your own risk. Run it on test 
computer only!

Whatsnew, v0.9:
  * Edit/show partition names: fixed some bugs, added new function which 
was missing
  * can work with disks after running of Windows XP installer even
