I've just uploaded Subversion 1.4.0 beta 1 for OS/2 & eComStation to 
http://smedley.info/os2ports

The goal of the Subversion project is to build a version control system 
that is a compelling replacement for CVS in the open source community. The 
software is released under an Apache/BSD-style open source license.

What's New in Subversion 1.4
     * svnsync, a new repository mirroring tool
     * Huge working-copy performance improvements
     * Support for BerkeleyDB 4.4 and its "auto recovery" feature
     * Size improvements to the binary delta algorithm
     * A handful of new command switches
     * Many improved APIs
     * More than 40 new bugfixes
