Though no mention of OS/2 as anything other then a guest, on the list of 
screenshots: http://www.virtualbox.org/attachment/wiki/Screenshots there is 
an image of XP running under OS/2:

Currently only windows and Linux versions are shown on the download page:

For OS/2 Warp, it states that it works, stability is "good", and 
performance is "very good". 	It also states "Requires VT-x hardware 
virtualization support. No Guest Additions available yet."

They are looking for help with coding, documentation and design.
