It appears that as part of the deal that microsoft settled with the State 
of Iowa, the evidence for the case now requires a Userid/password to 
access.  I guess all the video testimony from Gates made for bad press and 
might inspire other states to try to get some justice.  Have to keep all 
that criminal activity a secret.

Unfortunately I didn't download the document and it is no longer in my 
FireFox cache that I can find.  If I find the document available somewhere 
else I will send another update.
