Thanks to all the people that wrote in offering to send me the PDF 
(PX00179.pdf  "IBM and Microsoft Software Newsletter".  I now have a copy, 
from Daniel Kruse, which I have sent to Ian Manners to add to his 
os2site.com web page that already has a number of the documents from the 
Comes/Microsoft trial.  http://www.os2site.com/sw/info/comes/index.html

At least some of the evidence will remain unhidden.
