Fix required when using scanners
==========================
Maul V3.11 can hang for some people. It's to do with looking for scanners:-

void ListAllTwainDevices(void)
{
	DSM_Entry(...MSG_GETFIRST ...);
	do {...} while(TWRC_SUCCESS == DSM_Entry(...MSG_GETNEXT...);
}

....unfortunately, I never get back the code TWRC_ENDOFLIST. So it just goes 
around and around forever....

This workaround sets a maximum limit of 10 scanners (you have more than 
that?  :-) . Maul.exe is replaced, so the version number rises to 
V3.11-09.3.7Ge

The fixpack can be downloaded by running 'Check for updates' from within 
Maul Publisher, or you can download it manually:-
