I finally got an "ok" from eCSNet to do this and have set up a helper "bot" to relay with an #ecomstation channel on eCSNet. The bot is a Supybot with several features, one being a Factoid database that I hope to use to answer FAQs in the channels. Now one can use either network, join the #ecomstation channel and help with promoting eCS in real time. I intend for this to be a community based advertisement and support channel for eCS but of course the people involved with developing and distributing eCS are welcome. If you are a distributor/reseller for eCS or developer of software for eCS you are especially welcome here and are welcome to tastefully and minimally advertise your services in the channel. However, be sure to also offer some free support to end-users in the channel as well (answer questions, help with problems). One will be expected to be courteous and refrain from abusive language in the channel, no exceptions. eCSNet IRC network: Freenode IRC network: Come join up and start helping your fellow eCS users in real time.
