Yuri Prokushev has released an update to eschemes on the eCS Betazone:

"eSchemes is developed with Mensys BV technical and financial assistance. 
eSchemes is part of the ongoing effort of eCo Software to develop 
applications by using an object-oriented approach in software development 
for the eComStation operating system. eSchemes was created using SOM 
technology and is fully integreated into the system desktop."

Note:  * eSchemes is a component of eComStation 2.0, eSchemes Deluxe is a

This bug-fixes and preparation for finish development of scheme apply 
process. Version 1.38 Class: None Changes: Removed apiex000.dll mover 
package (now eStyler doesn't requires apiex000.dll (requires estyler117.zip 
or later from betazone). Taiwan translation added. New icons. Class: 
WPScheme Changes: Added progress bar on scheme apply. Portions of code 
ported from ApplyTool to WPS class. Apply now works in separate thread. 
Fixed bug with sound settings parsing. Class: Scheme Changes: Saving turned 
off (temporary)
