Hello bootAble users,

Once again I have uploaded a minor maintenance release for bootAble.  As 
always, you can download it from http://www.xs4all.nl/~hrbaan/bootAble

v4.5.2 (08/09/2007)

     * Fixed the broken links in the manual page: Veit Kannegieser's 
website and the memdisk/loaddll/untar/unbhsio .zip files all pointed to the 
wrong location (thanks you Peter Brown for pointing this out).

v4.5.1 (06/04/2007)

     * Added an option to specify the response to the maintenance partition 
format command. This way you can also adjust this response to languages 
other than English (FORMATMAINTENANCERESPONSE).

v4.5 (26/03/2007)

     * Added integration of the Microsoft Virtual Machine additions 
(MSVMADDITIONS).
       Note: for the mouse integration to work, the GENGRADD driver should 
be used (VIDEODRIVER=2).
