NOTE: This is a binary update only, leaving the language packs at V3.12.

  - Installer fixes to make it easier to run a full upgrade from within Maul.
  - Fixed text line justification changes of highlighted blocks of text.
  - Removed subscription requirements for the following features:-
   * Import of embedded images in RTF files.
   * Import of Windows metafiles, wmf and emf.
   * Rulerbar dialog menu items allow copy and paste of snap markers.
- Workaround - When you select a postscript printer, all new frames 
containing text will use a
Windows codepage in preference to Unicode. This avoids disappearing 
characters caused by
misssing unicode support in the postscript printer driver.

Install:-
Download maulebin313.zip, and  either maulelen312.zip or maulelde312.zip or 
both, depending on the language(s) you want.

Unzip all the files into the same folder and run the installer.

Upgrade:-
Download maulebin313.zip
Unzip  the file in the .\maul\install directory where maul was installed 
and run the installer. You only need to install the binary executive and 
library files. It is safe to install later versions of Maul V3.xx over 
earlier ones.
