Sending the 0.95.4 versions to upstream created under certain conditions a 
garbled message (others on other OSes encountered this too). The enigmail 
maintainers were very busy to fix the bug. Particularly when you don't use 
a passphrase for encryption you should upgrad to enigmail 0.95.5. libC05 
and libC063 Builds for OS/2 eCS are available on the 
http://enigmail.mozdev.org homepage
