There is a new update ACPI13042008.ZIP (last dated 04/13/2008) to ACPI.PSD 
under the ACPI listing on the Mensys Download page for Software 
Subscription Services. This is a Zip of the various components of ACPI 
including ACPI.PSD, ACPI32.DLL, ACPIDAEMON.EXEand APM.ADD.
