TextHelper is a text manipulation tool with special support for printing on 
HP Deskjet and Laserjet printers.  TextHelper is also a simple editor based 
on the MultiLineEditor class from the IBM Open Class Library.

With TextHelper:
  * you can easily reformat text to the desired maximum line length with 
automatic word wrapping.
  * You can remove forwarding marks from email text with one command.
  * You can remove blank lines from text with one command.
  * You can remove multiple spaces between words with one command.
  * You can strip leading numbers from lines with one command.
  * You can insert a timestamp with one command.
  * You can translate windows "smart quotes" and mime encoding with one 
command.
  * You can perform a ROT13 on the text in the editor.
  * You can create a list of files via a file dialog box.
  * You can create a ZIP file using the file list.
  * You can apply a command template to list of files to create command file.
  * You can view the contents of a ZIP file.

  Added functions since version 1.05
  Added function to insert line numbers at the start of each line
  Added function to insert a string at the start of each line
  Added function to remove a specified number of characters from the start 
of each line
  Fixed upper and lower case functions
  Added Printer Ink submenu with options to choose which ink cartridge to use
  Added Print option to print a range of lines based on current line wrap
  Fixed Strip Leading Number function to remove all that was added by
	the Add Line Numbers function
  Modified File Save so that user is not asked about existing file if
	making backup option is enabled.
  Added selections to print marked text and specified line numbers
