[Moderator: Shredder is a very early alpha release of the next generation 
of Thunderbird, the Mozilla based mail program.  This series is to get 
"feedback on new feature ideas, and get early and frequent feedback from 
the tester community."

"These releases are not for production use, but for developers and testers 
to give us early feedback. To emphasize this point, these alpha releases 
are called Shredder -- they do not represent the final state of any 
Thunderbird release, can contain significant bugs, and should be handled 
with appropriate care."

Requires a libc0.6.3 based version of the GCC runtime library.

I have made a package of "Shredder" alpha 3 (the current alpha of the next 
version of Thunderbird) available. As usual, it's linked on the Warpzilla 
Ports page (http://www.mozilla.org/ports/os2/) or from 
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/3.0a3/contrib

Please file bugs for problems, especially if you find a problem that 
doesn't exist on other platforms.

I haven't really followed feature updates but there was a lot of 
cross-platform stuff (but I don't think we added anything new for OS/2).
