Paul Smedley has put out an updated Subversion v1.5.3.

"The goal of the Subversion project is to build a version control system 
that is a compelling replacement for CVS in the open source community. The 
software is released under an Apache/BSD-style open source license.

New in the 1.5.3 build for OS/2:

     * Updated to 1.5.3 source code
     * Switched to GCC 4.3.2 as a compiler"
