Alex Taylor has updated the eCS arcview utility to Version 2.02 is a bugfix 
release.  It is available on the eComStation Betazone.  This appears to be 
available to anyone with an http://www.ecomstation.com signon.

"Archive Viewer is a very simple GUI tool for viewing and extracting 
archive files of various types."

 From CHANGELOG:
	2009-01-05 (2.02)
	* Extracting a tarball to the root directory should now work correctly 
when arcview.exe is on the same drive.
	* Added support for the latest tar.exe version (uses different syntax for 
bzip2).
	* Pushbuttons on secondary dialogs now use the correct language.
