The list of changes between GCC 4.3.2 and 4.3.2 can be found at http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=RESOLVED&resolution=FIXED&target_milestone=4.3.3 No OS/2 specific fixes have been made since the Jan 16th build of GCC 4.3.2.
