PM CTorrent Manager is a graphical interface to the "Enhanced CTorrent" 
BitTorrent client for OS/2.  Version 0.03 is now available:

I'm not uploading it to Hobbes just yet, because it's still very much 
feature-incomplete.  At present, it functions as a (limited) CTCS server 
and console, allowing you to monitor and manage active CTorrent downloads.

Eventually, I plan to add the ability to open torrent files and launch new 
CTorrent sessions.  Even without this ability, however, it is still useful.

New this release (v0.03):
  - Implemented "Files" page on the torrent details dialog.
  - Added "Size" field to the torrent overview container.
  - Improved efficiency of UL/DL rate updates.
  - Implemented torrent popup menu in the overview container.
  - Some minor code cleanup.
