I have revised the CUPS/2 installation and configuration documentation 
using the latest packages.

The OS/2 port of CUPS now supports many printers and with this documentation
it's hoped that installation is simplified.

Thanks to Paul Smedley for all of his work on this project, with it we have 
support for a lot of modern printers.
