(Note: the copy on Hobbes incorrectly reports itself as being version 1.327, but that's the only error. I'm not sure how to replace a bad upload on Hobbes.)

   Fixed: Setup was refusing to add new users.
   New Setup command-line options L (for local)
       and R (for remote).
