Web Family Tree (WFT - freeware) has just been updated to version 1.8.
You can download it from

        ftp://ftp.pmoylan.org/software/wft18.zip
or from Hobbes. Source code is also available for download.  

WFT is a CGI application that lets you display your family tree in a web
browser.  

LIST OF CHANGES since version 1.7  

   In recognition of the fact that screen resolutions have
     increased with time, the partial tree display is now
     clipped at 120 rather than 80 columns.
   Now can handle CONC and CONT records in any combination.
   Allowed for NOTE records inside RESI records.
