I am its official maintainer. The JDBC driver for PostgreSQL (what is used to talk to the server with Java applications) is a different and unrelated project. I've been considering dropping the OS/2 specific code from the build system. OS/2 is no longer officially supported platform for PostgreSQL itself. I am not testing it on OS/2 and I am not sure anyone is using it. If you are aware of anyone who is using it on OS/2 or might consider using it yourself, please speak up now.
