There has been a bug tracker for PMMail since 2006, as documented in the 
help.

We have a potential fix, but I have not been able to get all the pieces 
together for the release. I will talk to some of the key people at 
Warpstock next week-end.

The OS/2 world seems to divide again, into RPM/YUM systems and 
non-RPM/YUM systems, and the next release of PMMail will move it into 
the RPM/YUM realm. I'm guessing from your bug report that you are also 
in that realm.
