I don't know how PMMail Utility got installed. The 3rd attempt now 
contains PMMutil.exe, but the WIS in the WarpIn installer did not 
get corrected, and the icon is not created.

FTR, PMMail Utility will run, but it will not allow you to do a 
migration of version 3 data. All it does is make PMMail the default 
mail program (not that anything actually uses that stuff, but it 
exists, and the Utility creates the proper INI entries for it). It would 
also allow you to remove old PMMail 2.x data (zip it up) if you still 
have that, and it knows about it.
