I am still not able to build this thing, and that means that I need to 
find another way to trouble shoot PMMutil, which seems to have 
some sort of problem. It is popping up an error, on a new install, but 
the error doesn't tell me anything useful. Simply pressing <enter> 
lets it continue.

QUESTION: Are you using the Watcom build, or the old method? 
Have you decided which way we will go, for the longer term?

Either way, I need to figure out what I am missing. It is not obvious, 
to me.
