Currently we have 6 hosts setup on the system, with a maximum uptime of 13 days. Lets see if we can give some of those other systems a run for the money. Also, I am using QSV_MS_COUNT to keep track of the uptime. If I remember correctly this has a limit of 49 days like Windows does. If there is anyone who knows of a better way of telling the system uptime let me know. The only other solution I know of is to use the time and date on the swapfile. I don't like this method for several reasons: A) not all systems have swap files B) this method is not entirely accurate. Please let me know if you have a solution to the problem. And lets at least beat the windows uptimes! :) The client is on hobbes: http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/upclient2.zip It will presumably move to: http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/analysis/upclient2.zip ------------------------------------------------------- To subscribe, unsubscribe, or for more information on WarpCast, visit: http://www.warpcast.com/ -------------------------------------------------------
