Version 3.0 of SmartBar is available.

SmartBar is an OS/2 PM tool for monitoring various system 
activities. It offers simple functions, like displaying the time or
the number of running processes and also advanced features like
support for power management or E-Mail. The Look and Feel is
customizable and you can change the colors. More information is
