As of this posting, the Warpdoctor web site:

has been updated with the installation instructions and Fastkick
utility to allow users to apply Fixpak 14 from a directory on their
hard drive.

Links have been updated for both the Image Files and the ZIP (RSU)
files, and the Fastkick utility has been updated to comply with the
new CSF143 (Corrective Service Facility version 1.43) tool required
to apply FP14.
