I have just uploaded the latest release of PMNRDX to hobbes. 

PMNRDX is a utility to reindex all folders and newsgroups of a
grouplist in StarDocks PMINews, in the case that all articles are
lost. Beside some fixes, the main improvement is the possibility to
reindex newsgroups as well.
