Changelog:

No new entries in Changelog since the 20040820 full release.  If you don't
have WVGUI already installed get the last full release -
ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/wvgui/wvgui20040820.zip and unzip that first
then apply this latest update.  The file npwv.dll is a plugin for Mozilla. 
Move that file to your Mozilla browser's plugin directory.  Also note that
this latest version uses a variation of the GCC runtime called
libc06a2.dll which is not included in the zip archive. What worked for me
was to copy the included libc06.dll to libc06a2.dll.
