The file npwv.dll is a plugin for Mozilla. Move that file to your Mozilla browser's plugin directory. Also note that this latest version uses a variation of the GCC runtime called libc06a2.dll which is not included in the zip archive. What worked for me was to copy the included libc06.dll to libc06a2.dll.
