APAR: PN62140

Problem: AS/400 PC Support product driver conflict.  The EHNCPVDD.SYS and
EHNPCPDD.SYS drivers have interrupt conflicts with TCP/IP's VDOSTCP.VDD.
Failures have also been reported with products other than AS/400 PC Support.

Resolution: VDOSTCP.VDD was corrected to forward interrupts instead of
discarding them.  This APAR has a co-requisite for the AS/400 PC Support
product of SA36839.
