This file describes a fix to IBM TCP/IP version 2 for OS/2.  The APAR
number for this fix is PN70130.  These files should be installed on top
of IBM TCP/IP version 2 for OS/2 after the latest CSD.  You should be at
CSD level 64092, which you can check with the syslevel command.

Who Needs This Fix?
-------------------

If you run the snmp agent, snmpd.exe regularly along with any subagent,
you should apply this fix.  Unless this fix is applied, when the system
has been running for a long time, an error in snmpd will eventually
occur, and it will terminate with a message, "Error:  unknown socket
type."

Installation
------------

To install the fix, download pn70130.zip as binary and unzip it in a
temporary subdirectory.  Copy snmpd.exe to your \tcpip\bin subdirectory.
If snmpd.exe is running, you must end it with a cntrl-break before you do
the copy.
