READ.ME for IC15764

This package contains an update to the PORTMAP.EXE  file to correct
the problem IC15764. This apar fixes a portmap abend when running 
NFS under Warp Server 3.1. This is only valid for Warp Server, do not 
apply it for any other tcpip versions.
 
Installation Instructions:-
-------------------------
1. Take a backup of existing  rpc32dll.dll and replace it with the new one.
2. Take backup of the existing portmap.exe and replace it with the new one.
 
 
This fix is only for OS/2 Warp Server ( TCP/IP V3.1 ).
