READ.ME for Development APAR:  IC19595


Description of problems fixed:

    The code for this APAR is checked in with defect 35818 in CMVC.

    Errors fixed:

    If certain error messages were received from other RSVP nodes in the
    network, sometimes a session was not ended when it should have been.
    Some errors were not reported correctly to the local RSVP application.

Modules changed:

    rsvpd.exe
    librsvp.dll

Instructions for applying the fix:

    1. If rsvpd.exe is running, stop it in either of the following two ways:

        Do control-c in the rsvpd.exe window.
        -OR-
        In the TCP/IP configuration notebook, set rsvpd to not automatically
        start at boot time, then shutdown and reboot OS/2.  

    2. Backup original copy of \tcpip\bin\rsvpd.exe and replace with the new
    rsvpd.exe.

    3. Backup original copy of \tcpip\dll\librsvp.dll and replace with the 
    new librsvpd.dll.
